Self-Pay and Balance Pay Options
CDCW processes payments in any of the following forms:
- Cash
- Credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)
- Check
When a provider is contracted by your insurance, the fee schedule is governed by the contract, including your co-insurance or co-pay rate and deductibles. What is considered our “Usual and Customary Fee” for service rate is as follows:
- Initial Intake Session – $250.00
- Individual Therapy Session – $200.00/hr
- Family Therapy Session – $210.00/hr
- Group Therapy and Workshop Fees – Vary by Group
CDCW does provide Sliding Fee Scale for Clients, depending on the particular need. We also train Doctoral Level Psychology Students who can provide services at significantly reduced rates. Please inquire with us regarding these arrangements.
