Comprehensive Evaluation
Comprehensive Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment Services
At CDCW, our team of highly trained and experienced clinicians offers individualized, evidence-based assessment services across the lifespan—from infancy through older adulthood. With specialized expertise in psychological, educational, and neuropsychological evaluation, we provide comprehensive diagnostic services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Our evaluations are designed to deliver a clear, structured, and concise understanding of an individual’s current psychological functioning, encompassing cognitive abilities, emotional and behavioral health, and overall adaptive capacity. These assessments support differential diagnosis, clarify treatment needs, and inform therapeutic, medical, and educational planning.
Psychological assessments can:
• Elucidate the nature and severity of psychological or cognitive disturbances
• Inform treatment planning with targeted recommendations
• Identify areas of strength and need
• Support or refine diagnoses made by referring healthcare providers, therapists, or educators
• Offer guidance on appropriate therapeutic interventions and likely treatment outcomes

Each evaluation integrates standardized diagnostic tools, including but not limited to:

ADHD Evaluations
CDCW has developed a comprehensive and dynamic battery specifically designed to assess ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults. While targeted, the battery also includes cross-cutting assessments to evaluate for co-occurring conditions or other areas of concern that may warrant further exploration.
Neuropsychological Evaluations
For clients with suspected or known neurological concerns—such as memory impairment, executive dysfunction, traumatic brain injury, or dementia—our clinicians provide in-depth neuropsychological assessments. These evaluations are especially valuable in identifying patterns of cognitive change, establishing baseline functioning, and guiding recommendations for treatment, accommodations, or care planning. Our clinicians possess advanced training in neuropsychology and routinely conduct evaluations for individuals of all ages, including those in geriatric populations.
